We do not operate an express delivery service, however if you do require your order urgently, please Contact Us and we will do everything we can to assist.

We deliver worldwide. For countries that are not included in our international delivery charges and lead times table above, or for BFPO deliveries, please Contact Us.

Local taxes and duty fees are to be covered by the recipient.

The daily order cut-off to comply with our production and delivery schedules is 2pm GMT Monday to Friday.

We use DPD next working day delivery for all UK luggage & replacement cover orders; you can choose Royal Mail 1st & 2nd Class or DPD Next Day delivery for accessory orders.

In the event that a courier cannot deliver your order, they will contact you directly depending on their protocol.

Every case will arrive in a non-woven polypropylene dust storage cover, packed in a protective cardboard box.

Yes. The personalised covers will be professional and securely fitted.
